Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a memorable experience; resolve guest issues when necessary
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster and utility work areas
• Assist with receiving delivery of product on behalf of the restaurant team
• Complete daily and weekly checklists
• Proactively ensure health, safety, and security of all staff; be vigilant for hazards and alert a manager as necessary
• Work with team to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Demonstrate a positive, high-energy attitude and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Be the friendly, outgoing presence that supports both crew and guests
