This Taco Bell team member role involves being the first point of contact for customers and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and keeping the work and dining environment clean and safe. The role may include cleaning the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping. A successful candidate will present a clean and tidy appearance, display good work habits, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand posted work schedule and report to work on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks.
• Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work.
• Understand and use the approved timekeeping system, accurately recording all hours worked.
• Take initiative and maintain a high level of activity; perform tasks to Brand Standards in both cashier and cook roles (Food or Service Champion).

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs; willingness to stoop.
• Clean, tidy appearance and positive attitude.
