What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the Assessment and Authorization process for the Military Health System’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Tool
• Guide budgeting and resource allocation effectively within PPBE processes
• Develop authorization packages and maintain comprehensive security documentation for ATO packages
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with risk management framework practices
• Analyze and manage risks using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in RMF
• Active secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Certification required: CompTIA Security+
• Strong technical background in network and operating system security

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a Federal IT security environment
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and security documentation
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and efficiently managing security findings
