Job Description:

The Ecommerce Specialist will be accountable for executing new assortment planning, new SKU setup, and go-to-market launches on all marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) and our website, Zep.com. Responsibilities include new SKU planning, new SKU setup, content maintenance and optimization, creative requests, product reviews management, and other go-to-market requirements for new assortment launches. This role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of new product launches are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute new assortment launches with cross-functional teams
  • Own new assortment planning, new SKU setup, content creation, and all operational requirements for ecommerce channel launches
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class product launches online following Zep's online standards
  • Own content requests with marketing for new item setup, content optimization, advertising assets, and other digital marketing needs for new assortment launches
  • Set up all new items for the ecommerce team across channels (Amazon 3P/1P, Walmart 3P, eBay, Target+, Zep.com, and other marketplaces)
  • Resolve errors for item listings in various ecommerce portals
  • Submit and settle support cases for catalog maintenance and item setup issues
  • Work with demand planning to ensure inventory and preferred warehouse locations for new product launches
  • Analyze key metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize online listings and increase revenue
  • Lead product rating and review efforts to meet standards, coordinating with product marketing as needed
  • Monitor and audit site accuracy of product listings
  • Track project status, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide QA for online channels
  • Optimize SEO, keyword rankings, and product listings continuously
  • Maintain monthly KPIs scorecards for key channels

Qualifications

  • Clear understanding of technical item setup requirements (attributes, taxonomy, image needs, asset specs, etc.)
  • Ability to follow SOPs and collaborate with team members to execute projects
  • Collaborative mindset and execution
  • Experience in item setup processes and ability to execute projects without oversight
  • 2+ years in ecommerce, site merchandising, item setup, or product management
  • Experience setting up items for online channels in portals such as ChannelAdvisor/Rithum, SAP, or retailer portals
  • Experience with Excel item setup templates
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing online listings on various marketplaces/shopify
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and retail best practices
  • Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, SAP, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay experience a plus
  • BA degree required

This role is based in the Atlanta area, with a hybrid schedule (in office and remote).
