As a **Warehouse Supervisor** you will be responsible for supervising a small group of drivers and warehouse staff handling and loading truck and trailer parts.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Picking, packing, shipping & receiving parts, and packages in a warehouse setting* Loading trucks & trailers* Supervising a small/medium size team* Ability to regularly lift heavy objects up to fifty (50) pounds* Other warehouse dutiesRequirements* High school diploma or GED preferred* Two (2) years of warehouse experience* Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred* Following all company safety guidelines and policies* Prior forklift experience a plus* Microsoft Office experience preferred* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.* Communicates clearly and effectively.* Pays close attention to detail.**Benefits**The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
