This position requires a CDL-A
This position offers a $15,000 retention bonus for eligible new hires.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, with two days off (must work Saturdays). Dispatch times are between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
Pay: Our Delivery Drivers earn $33.95/hour, with potential to increase up to $38.20/hour after 6 months. Benefits begin Day 1. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, strong safety culture, and more. Excellent local leadership.

Responsibilities
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively during each shift
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)
What You Bring to the Table
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
- Must be able to read and communicate in English

Compensation depends on experience and/or education, location, and other factors. The expected base rate for this role is between $33.95 and $38.20. This role will also receive overtime.
