What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver parts to customers with a focus on developing relationships and providing excellent service
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/inventory parts
• Stay focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries and meet customers in person
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

This role requires

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with a stool or ladder when necessary, and stamina to stand and walk during the shift
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage returns properly
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
