Vehicle Delivery Driver Job at Carvana in Framingham

Overview

Vehicle Delivery Driver role at Carvana. Requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Location: Framingham, MA (ADESA Boston).

Shift requirement: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Team members available to work 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (no commercial license required to drive the hauler; training provided).
• Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler; inspect the hauler to ensure safety of the vehicle and driveability.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the customer tracking system.
• Drive in compliance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (moving, loading/unloading, exposure to weather).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Notary public eligibility within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana) and ability to satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration systems.
• State-specific licensing requirements: Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri require a Chauffeur's license or equivalent within two weeks; California requires a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate: $22/hr.
• Progression: $22.50/hr at 3 months, $23/hr at 6 months; potential to reach <$24/hr in the first year through the Careers Not Jobs program with 4 merit opportunities annually.
