Pay: $16/hr + Overtime Opportunities

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Hickory. If you’re experienced and ready to work with a supportive, team-oriented crew, we want to hear from you.

• Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)

• Load/unload trucks, containers, and pallets

• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse

• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Forklift with Warehouse or logistics experience

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Team player with good communication skills

• Flexible with shift work, including weekends or overtime

• $16/hour plus overtime
