Press Operator - Night Shift Job at ExpressPros - Madison in Town of Mayville

Overview

Express Employment Professionals is looking for BrakePress Operators for a manufacturing plant on 2nd Shift. Come work for a well-known growing organization who prides themselves in promoting internally. This facility is temperature controlled and organized. They are currently working overtime. Candidates MUST HAVE LONGEVITY in past roles.

Pay

$18-20/hr to start; PLUS an extra $2/hour once hired on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Schedule

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

May need to train on 1st, and OT may be required on Saturdays

Work includes

• Set up and operate a hydraulic press or punch press
• Select correct tooling for the job
• Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience
• Machine operating experience
• Previous press experience with set up is a huge plus
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
