Overview

Colonial Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Housekeeper to join our skilled nursing home facility in Crown Point, IN. You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties.

Shift: Full Time (Weekends incuded)

Responsibilities

• Follows Housekeeping procedures
• Performs all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual resident rooms, hallways, offices and other common areas
• Performs all functions necessary to deep clean newly vacated or contaminated resident rooms and rooms scheduled for routine deep cleaning
• Places soiled linen (facility or residents personal linen) in washing machine
• Folds or hangs resident personal linen, transports and distributes resident personal linen to resident\'s room. Hangs clothes in closet and places clothes in drawers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Must be over 18 to apply
