Job Description

Feintool Tennessee, Inc. is a precision metal-stamping manufacturer of automotive parts. We have a full-time opportunity available for experienced Maintenance Technicians on all shifts. This is an hourly position that is eligible for overtime pay.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic metal-stamping presses and production-finishing machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Modify equipment as needed
• Work on projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Technical school training in electronic controls or industrial maintenance, or 10 years of hands-on experience with automation machines
• 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance
• Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls
• Ability to read PLC ladder logic (preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley)
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Knowledge of three-phase motor controls, AC/DC servo drives
• Some fabrication skills are desirable but not required
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Good attendance and background record; ability to pass a drug test

Additional Details:

• Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, night shifts, overtime, weekends as needed
• Work location: In person
