Assistant Manager, Online Retail Operations — Van Cleef & Arpels
The Online Retail Operations Assistant Manager will ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operational activities related to the online business of Van Cleef & Arpels, Americas. This role works cross-functionally, locally and internationally to deliver best-in-class services and propose continuous operational optimizations across the Web and Client Relations Center (CRC) channels. The role supports the implementation of new processes and systems, executes current processes and flows across the system architecture, and strives to achieve operational excellence from payment to order fulfillment to delivery. This position reports to the Manager of Online Retail Operations and will be based in the NYC corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Execute current processes and flows across the system architecture to deliver operational excellence from payment to order fulfillment to delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize online retail operations and omnichannel workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate order processing and customer service across Web and CRC channels.
- Adjust working hours as needed to align with key consumption periods for Retail.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an Operations or Customer Service role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong problem-solving, technical abilities, and excellent communication; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.
