The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and storing products from incoming shipments and participating in daily production needs. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.## ## PositionWarehouse Associate## ## LocationUSA, Elkhart IN## How You'll Create Possibilities**JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, package, and store) • Stage and load trucks for delivery. • Utilize scan gun to process incoming and outgoing orders • Assist with production requirements for switching refrigerator doors from right to left opening. • Perform inventory counts and keep quality standards high for audits. • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. • Report any discrepancies. • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment. • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Assist with other operations when asked.## What You'll Bring to Our Team**REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:** • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker. • Shipping and receiving experience. • Must be able to operate a forklift • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 90 lbs## **Our Culture**Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
