Schedule

• Availability throughout the week, Monday-Sunday
• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Monitoring premises
• Notification of emergencies
• Managing sign in and sign out of visitors
• Ensuring residents are abiding by distancing policies
• Clear space at shift change
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Strong customer service skills
• Customer Service / Concierge experience a plus
• Must be a NYS Licensed Security Guard

Qualifications

• New York State Licensed Security Guard
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work part-time on-call shifts
