Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking experienced security and risk management personnel responsible for developing, managing, and implementing DHA’s insider threat policy and procedures.
- Candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of Insider Threat programs based on DoD and Federal requirements (ISC) and industry best practices. Responsibilities include supporting DHA efforts in the following areas:
- Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection
- Providing technical Anti-terrorism support and employee training to DHA personnel
- Coordinating with Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) for AT assessments of DHA locations within the NCR
- Completing United States Northern Command AT assessments as required
- Coordinating AT assessments for DHA locations outside the NCR
- Managing AT requirements with host organizations on military installations
- Attending AT meetings and disseminating information to DHA personnel
- Developing policies and guidance for DHA and its subordinate organizations
- Maintaining Anti-Terrorism plans, policies, and procedures
- Providing regular reports and statistics on the AT/FP Program
- Coordinating drills and improvement plans with external agencies as directed
- Supporting Physical Security team with Mission Assurance tasks
- Traveling as needed
Additional responsibilities include organizational and management assessments, client needs analysis, performance measurement, and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ISC guidelines related to Physical Security
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of management principles, organizational theory, and analysis techniques
- Understanding of administrative regulations and procedures
- Knowledge of the U.S. Military and DoD structures, including ranks and titles
- Ability to analyze client needs, review requirements, and participate in problem-solving
- Skill in identifying best practices, change management, and organizational development
- Ability to develop and oversee compliance and incident reporting
- Innovative in creating tactics and policies
Location: at the client site in Joint Base San Antonio, TX
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a management-related discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Secret Clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance if required
