Procurement Systems Business Analyst
to join a premier engineering and communications team based in
Falls Church, VA . The
Procurement Systems Business Analyst
will support procurement operations by administering and optimizing
Deltek Costpoint
procurement and inventory modules.
This position will be on-site in Falls Church, VA!
Responsibilities of the Procurement Systems Business Analyst include:
Provide technical support for Deltek Costpoint Materials Modules, including Product Definition, Bills of Material (BOM), Inventory, and related modules Develop and manage product definitions and BOMs to support procurement and production Track and adjust inventory levels and generate inventory status reports Update the general ledger with accurate dollar values for inventory transactions Guide the procurement team through system upgrades and integrations with business systems Gather, document, and interpret user requests into actionable system requirements Conduct gap analyses against ERP software solutions
Qualifications for the Procurement Systems Business Analyst include:
5+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint, specifically in procurement and inventory modules Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in the government contracting industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Logistics, or a related field
Compensation for the Procurement Systems Business Analyst includes:
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 *based on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
