Location: Alpharetta / Atlanta, GA (on-site; some travel for client events)
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week (set schedule; some weekends required during peak seasons)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus
About Us
INDIEHOUSE modern fragrances is a fast-growing luxury niche fragrance boutique with two Atlanta locations. We specialize in bringing the artistry of niche perfume to a wider audience through retail, workshops, and unique experiential concepts. As we scale nationally, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our growth, storytelling, and customer engagement efforts.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and managing day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, in-store, and off-site channels. This role requires a mix of creative, technical, and organizational skills to ensure our brand voice, website, campaigns, and communications remain consistent, polished, and performance-driven.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support website updates, digital marketing, partner relations, and client events while bringing a curious, entrepreneurial mindset to identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website & E-Commerce
- Maintain and update website content on WordPress/WooCommerce (products, promotions, landing pages).
- Ensure site design, product listings, and content align with brand standards.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for conversions.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Design, build, and send email campaigns via Mailchimp, including automation and audience segmentation.
- Assist with HubSpot CRM (preferred) for tracking leads, events, and customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign results, reporting on KPIs and ROI.
Brand Partner Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for 60+ niche fragrance partner brands.
- Coordinate product launches, marketing materials, and communication between brand partners and INDIEHOUSE.
- Maintain accurate partner information and ensure smooth collaboration.
Events & Client Support
- Support planning and execution of off-site client events, from pre-event marketing to on-site brand representation.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral and post-event follow-up reporting.
- Ensure events reflect INDIEHOUSE’s luxury brand standards.
Marketing Support & Content
- Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
- Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external partners as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency with WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Strong experience with Mailchimp; HubSpot knowledge a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and resourceful problem solver.
- Experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands is a bonus.
