Marketing Manager (On-site | Huntington Beach, CA)

Schedule: Full-time, on-site (no remote flexibility)

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong B2B or manufacturing background to join a fast-paced team committed to delivering high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with excellent copywriting, graphic design, and digital campaign execution skills, as well as a passion for driving measurable business results. You’ll play a critical role in launching integrated campaigns, developing branded content, and collaborating across departments to engage key audiences and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity, organization, and analytics to elevate the brand’s presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Copywriting & Design: Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for digital campaigns, product collateral, websites, and social media. Adapt messaging for diverse formats and audiences while maintaining consistency in tone and style. Design visually engaging content (graphics, presentations, etc.) that supports brand and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Execution & Demand Generation: Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, and events. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define campaign success metrics and lead generation targets. Assist in evaluating marketing channels (owned, earned, paid) and contribute to channel optimization.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets. Assist with campaign attribution, ROI modeling, and forecasting. Present actionable insights to leadership, supported by both data and narrative context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support product launches in coordination with Sales, Product, and Commercialization teams. Translate technical product features into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging. Ensure all marketing outputs meet quality control standards and process documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing, climate tech, or mission-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting skills with samples across web, email, product, and social content.
  • Graphic design proficiency with experience creating digital and print assets.
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of generating data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Background in performance or product marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with carbon markets, industrial materials, or manufacturing technology is preferred.
