Position Title: Journeyman Electrician
Pay: $35+ (DOE)
Hiring Bonus: $7,000
Schedule: Non-exempt; hours determined by business needs, with potential for overtime
Location: Lewiston, ID with travel to various job sites in Washington and Idaho

Position Summary: As a Journeyman Electrician at The Seer Group, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting. You will read technical diagrams and blueprints, perform general electrical maintenance, and troubleshoot issues using appropriate testing devices. Your expertise will ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues for effective resolution.
• Perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and other equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in both Washington and Idaho.
• Previous experience as an electrician or enrollment in relevant schooling (as determined by management).
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history, with the ability to remain insurable under company policy.
