We deliver an integrated solution that brings together four core product categories:
- Planning which automates demand forecasting and replenishment recommendations by SKU and location
- Purchasing which turns recommendations into POs, emails suppliers, tracks ETAs and receipts
- Sales Continuity which enables backorders with accurate delivery-date messaging at PDP, cart and checkout
- Operations & Integrations which syncs inventory, locations and rules across e-commerce platforms, 3PL/WMS, ERP and accounting
The Role
We’re looking for a creatively-driven, detail-obsessed digital designer who thrives on owning the full end-to-end process, from concept to build.
As the first full-time Brand/Graphic Designer on our GTM team, you’ll use your visual storytelling and design skills to shape the future of how Tightly looks, feels, and shows up to the world.
You’ll elevate every touchpoint across the customer journey - from ads and events to sales enablement material and product marketing - and lay the foundation for a world-class brand.
This is a hybrid role within our fast-paced creative studio, perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategic designer and hands-on front-end builder, with ad and landing page design as your core focus, and the flexibility to support wider creative needs as they arise.
What You’ll Do
- Design stunning physical and digital assets for major moments across the company - ad campaigns, events, email campaigns, sales activations, product launches including mediums web, email, social, and field/events
- Own the visual execution of our brand across key marketing and sales touchpoints, upleveling our presence with every asset.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, CS, and product teams to ensure the Tightly brand is consistent, elite, and high-impact across the entire customer journey.
- Contribute to brand development and evolution, helping us tell a more cohesive and compelling story over time.
- Balance beauty and performance - designing with an eye for both aesthetics and outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or visual storyteller—ideally at a high-growth startup, creative agency, or media-forward company.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of layout, typography, and brand systems across both digital and print mediums.
- A highly collaborative spirit and ability to operate cross-functionally with stakeholders from marketing, sales, product, and leadership.
- An obsession with quality—sweating the details, pushing the work, and continuously leveling up the craft.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Figma first: you’re fluent in layout, prototyping, and component libraries, and comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite where needed. Bonus points for video, motion, or 3D experience.
- Comfort using AI tools for asset generation, ideation, and iteration - whether for speeding up production, exploring variations, or prototyping bold creative ideas.
- Loves partnering with copywriters and thinking holistically about message, flow, and interaction - not just visuals.
- Brings a brand-led approach to performance design, with an eye for what makes a page both beautiful and effective.
- Fast, thoughtful, opinionated, and confident in explaining and defending your design decisions with clarity and balance.
