About the role
The Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator role blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with the ability to craft compelling visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more. In addition to design expertise, this individual will evolve ETS’s brand identity across channels, develop video and motion content, and write impactful short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. Success requires proactive thinking, collaboration, a deep understanding of how visuals drive engagement, and a passion for using design to sell, inform, and inspire. This is a fast-paced, creative position ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is detail-oriented, and believes great design is both beautiful and purposeful.
Position’s Intention:
The position intends to conceptualize, design, and produce visual content that aligns with the organization’s identity, enhances engagement across digital platforms, and supports marketing and communication goals.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Creative Development: maintain and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity, ensure consistency across marketing channels; create and maintain brand assets for digital and print; design marketing collateral (brochures, event materials, sales sheets); explore opportunities to evolve the brand across platforms and technology; design for print with understanding of the full print process.
- Design for Digital & Web Marketing: design assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages; optimize web assets for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness; collaborate on website enhancements and UX/UI improvements through design.
- Social Media Content: create graphics tailored to platform specifications; align visuals with brand voice; produce short-form video content (TikTok, Shorts, Reels, YouTube) and animations; write captions and hooks.
- Internal Support: provide sales with up-to-date materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies); develop PowerPoint presentations; support tradeshow graphics (pull-up banners, backdrops, flyers, QR codes).
Qualifications
- Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio covering print and digital work; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Basic video production/editing capabilities; strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX/UI).
- Excellent visual storytelling with a marketing-oriented mindset; basic copywriting skills for short-form content.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects; team-oriented with good communication and openness to feedback.
- Audience-focused, adaptable, and collaborative; committed to growth and learning.
Required Skills
