Position

Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in photo and video production to create compelling visual content that highlights our products, projects, and capabilities. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling and an appreciation for industrial and mechanical subjects. This role involves field work—capturing machines in action—and translating technical features into visually engaging media.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials including product brochures, labels, plates, catalogs, manuals, web graphics, and social media content
• Shoot and edit high-quality product photos and videos, including setup, operation, and field applications of winches, hoists, and cranes
• Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to develop content that accurately represents technical specifications and industrial use-cases
• Maintain a well-organized library of design assets, images, and video footage
• Help develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across platforms
• Stay updated on design, photography, and video trends relevant to industrial equipment marketing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Strong skills in photography and videography, including lighting and editing
• Interest in mechanical systems, engineering, or industrial products
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of visual communication
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience photographing or filming machinery or technical products
