Base pay

Responsibilities
- Support core HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, data analysis, and HR operations.
- Partner with HR leadership and business managers to support initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Assist with employee relations matters by preparing documentation, tracking issues, and supporting resolution processes.
- Manage and analyze HR data using Excel and HR systems; create reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and efficient.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of HR programs, processes, and policies.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics.
- Stay informed on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
What you bring to the role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, etc.).
- Experience or exposure to employee relations and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
- Previous involvement in onboarding or new hire orientation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn all aspects of HR.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (HRIS) is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist or coordinator role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a variety of HR programs or projects.
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
