Your role will include crafting drinks, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

- Keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Educate customers on our menu items, including seasonal offerings and local products.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required; a love for coffee and a willingness to learn are most important.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
