Cuppa Jo's LLC is hiring: Barista in Yarmouth

Overview

We are a small, family-owned coffee shop in Yarmouth, Maine looking to hire a full-time barista. The position is 40 hours per week. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks
• Prepare food items
• Run the cash register
• Do dishes
• Keep the shop clean
• Some advertising/social media work may also be included if the candidate is able

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• On-the-job training is available
• Candidate with prior management experience may qualify for additional pay

Compensation

Position is $18 per hour. Any tips received will be in addition to the hourly rate.
