We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective solutions. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both business and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and detailed documentation for development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to gather feedback and validate requirements.
  • Partner with project managers and technical teams to support project planning, prioritization, and implementation.
  • Conduct impact analysis and assess risks associated with proposed changes.
  • Support testing activities by developing test scenarios, reviewing test results, and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership to communicate insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN) and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and governance frameworks is preferred.
