Overview

IT Business Systems Analyst position for Talent Glide client (via Dice). Duration: 11-03-2025 to 05-01-2026. Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote Work) with local profile requirement. Visa options: EAD, GC-EAD, TN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into system requirements.
• Work with data management, integration, and reporting processes to support operations.
• Design and implement data flows between systems; leverage APIs and data integration tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools; create KPI definitions and visualizations.
• Assist with forms, data collection, and automation for data capture and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Properties, TSA, Concessions, CMMS, Airside, IT, and external vendors; communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for system implementations; manage security and compliance considerations for sensitive data.
• Support change management and user training to drive adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and project skills with experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with data management, data cleaning, transformation, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data migration; familiarity with Microsoft Access and legacy databases.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel (Pivots, formulas, VBA), and data visualization; knowledge of data modeling and reporting.
• Experience with Forms/Power Apps and data collection tools; ability to design interactive forms and connect to SQL/Power BI.
• Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) and process automation tools (Power Automate).
• Project management experience and familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to end-users.
• Security, compliance awareness for handling restricted/sensitive data (airport/TSA data).
• Desirable: experience with Wufoo replacement options and related forms tooling.
