Overview
TITLE: Call Center Agent
Looking for Call Center Agents in Shepherdsville, KY. This is a temp to hire position with potential for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to coordinate the return of reusable packaging
- Provide clear instructions of package returns and resolve any issues with the return policy
- Update customer records and return statuses
- Schedule pickups, issue return labels and coordinate with the logistics team
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Call Center experience
- Ability to engage with customers in a professional manner
- Practical experience in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-Lingual preferred
Job Details
- $18.75 - $21.75 depending on experience
- Temp to Hire
- Monday-Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Located in Shepherdsville, KY 40165
