Job Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service by explaining features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans, handling multi-line/multi-rating of carriers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as accurately completing and uploading paperwork, filing, maintaining records and handling policy renewals daily, and servicing policies as required (e.g., processing payments, completing endorsements).
• Promote and market the company.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Attend educational product trainings to improve knowledge and performance.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements

• Previous Insurance and/or Sales experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Highly motivated and competitive.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
