About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized support, onsite IT support for employees, executives, and VIPs—including hardware, software, access, conferencing, and networking.
  • Managing IT asset inventory onsite, including configuration, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and secure disposal.
  • Supporting local events, all-hands, and high-profile meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration and technology experiences.
  • Partnering with Infrastructure, SRE, Security, Network and Engineering teams to resolve cross-functional issues and drive innovation in employee technology.
  • Leading new hire IT onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, IT policies, and knowledge base content.
  • Contributing to IT projects and process improvements to enhance support efficiency and employee experience.
  • Identifying technology gaps and proposing innovative solutions to improve productivity and security.

What we are looking for

  • BS or MS in Science, Engineering, IS, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT Support, End-User Services, or related roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid technical knowledge across Windows, macOS, networking, VPNs, endpoint security, identity & access management, and mobile device management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting executives and VIPs with discretion, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Experience with IT asset lifecycle management (configuration, deployment, tracking, compliance).
  • Experience with AV systems, conferencing platforms (Zoom), and event technology support.
  • Certifications or proven expertise in ITIL, Six Sigma, project management, Okta, Workspace ONE, AWS/Google Cloud, or Zoom are a bonus.

Salary Range

Minimum: 98,900.00

Maximum: 228,700.00

In addition to base salary, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into account base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience. Location-based compensation may vary by location.
