City: Santa Rosa State: CA Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: PERM- OBGYNOther required procedures: nexplanon insert, pessary fittingSchedule: 3.5 days patient facing and then a day in the OR during the week. Provider will participate in 5 days per month for hospital call. Hours in clinic are 830-500placement fee approved for 40k We will look at candidates that have applied for their CA license. It does take 2-6 months to get one. Please start immediately if the provider is interested. 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
