Job Summary

The EPIC Application Lab Beaker Analyst II is primarily responsible for configuring and providing intermediate functional and technical support for specific applications to business and clinical users. This role involves collaborating with end users to understand workflows, making adjustments or enhancements, and serving as the central communication point for stakeholders, coordinating activities on behalf of the IS organization.

Essential Functions

• Assist with testing recommendations for software issues and problem resolution.
• Create and execute test scripts for system builds.
• Document workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues, considering vendor and stakeholder needs.
• Manage system build modifications and tracking.
• Support system upgrades and maintenance.
• Implement updates and communicate changes to users.
• Provide application support and end user training.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage communication, and coordinate training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years Lab experience, 2+ years in EPIC Beaker.

Certifications

• Epic Certification Beaker AP and/or Beaker CP (EPICCERT).
