Generate, process, and maintain provider and member correspondence for preservice and concurrent review. Ensure correspondence tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet regulatory standards and policies. Update and maintain correspondence templates based on regulatory and interdepartmental inquiries. Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting activities impacting the denial process. Assist with compliance and turn-around time (TAT) logs for all correspondence notifications. Perform additional duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards.
