Job Title: Assembler (Operator) - Day Shift
Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Assemblers (Operators) to join our day shift team. The role involves general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of Harley Davidson parts. Candidates should be prepared for mandatory shift extensions and occasional work on scheduled days off.
Responsibilities
Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of Harley Davidson parts.
Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks.
Follow detailed assembly instructions for various components, including saddlebags, handlebars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheel/tires.
Perform repetitious tasks efficiently and accurately.
Use RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and manufacturing assembly processes.
Ability to perform repetitious tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Proficiency in using RF Scan guns for product tracking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in light assembly work is advantageous.
Willingness to stand for up to 10 hours or more during the workday.
Ability to be cross-trained for various tasks within the manufacturing process.
Open to training for candidates eager to work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr.
