Aircraft Painter

to join our team in

Tulsa, OK

Role Summary

As an Aircraft Painter, you’ll play a critical role in the finishing and protection of aerospace parts and assemblies. Your expertise will ensure that each component meets exacting standards for quality, safety, and performance—supporting missions that reach the skies and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and planning documents.

Set up and operate paint spraying equipment, robotic coating systems, and other finishing tools.

Mix and thin paints and surfacing materials to precise specifications.

Apply primer, protective, and finish coats to aircraft parts and assemblies.

Perform touch-ups and rework based on inspection results.

Operate processing equipment for anodizing, electroplating, and heat treating metal parts.

Maintain safety standards and ensure proper certification of tools and equipment.

Record manufacturing data manually or via computer systems.

Train and assist fellow employees as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

Ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and overtime.

Strong understanding of painting processes and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred:

Experience in aerospace or automotive painting.

Familiarity with robotic spray systems and radar absorptive materials.

Certifications in precision measuring or processing equipment.

Pay Details:

$45.00 to $48.00 per hour
