NICU and CVICU Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate

PICU Registered Nurses

for a long-term travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and the flexibility to float to NICU and CVICU as needed. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a highly regarded pediatric setting serving diverse and complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care in compliance with clinical standards. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Float as needed to NICU and CVICU, providing adaptable and expert-level care. Adhere to infection control protocols and participate in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of

2 years RN experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

. Experience in

Level III or Level IV NICU

settings strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to float to

CVICU and NICU

. Pediatric hospital experience preferred. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Licensure & Certifications:

Active RN license

in the State of Arizona

or

a valid

compact multistate RN license

. AHA - BLS,PALS NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
