Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have

• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
