Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals using correct portions, ensuring food is at proper temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all food items.
• Follow ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Follow safety standards, including HACCP, proper use of gloves and protective gear.
