Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate at our Williamsburg, VA location. The Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, offering assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include restocking merchandise, maintaining an organized sales floor, operating the cash register, and supporting store management in meeting sales goals. The Associate will also assist in store promotions and events while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Retail experience and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized sales floor
