GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide administrative support, assisting all LVA leadership staff with administrative and general office clerical duties and projects. Manages recordkeeping and administrative systems. Provides transportation services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Generates reports and uploads data electronically to You've got Leads Assists leadership staff with administrative and clerical duties and projects Assists with the planning and execution of special events Provides facility tours and facility information to prospects Maintains work area at all times keeping it clean and organized Promotes excellence in customer service Maintain confidentiality as required for sensitive information Maintains transportation schedule and transports residents safely to and from appointments. Assists with Life Enrichment Activities Performs other duties as assigned.

High School diploma EXPERIENCE:
Prefer minimum 1-year office or similar experience within a customer service setting. Computer training required. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communications skills Competent with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of staff HR/Administrative Assistant Continued, Page 2 Initiative and problem-solving abilities Able to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion Excellent organizational skills Professional conduct, patience, enthusiasm, and tact Self-motivated and confident to successfully function independently and as part of a dynamic team Valid driver's license and able to supply proof of insurance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility in managing schedule including weekends and evening hours. Valid Ohio driver's license, access to reliable insured transportation and ability to meet LSS insurance standards required
