Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Manager of Sales Channel Analytics to lead all reporting and analytical initiatives related to sales performance across our indirect, web, and national retail channels. This critical role will be responsible for transforming complex sales data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions, and optimizing sales channel effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales operations(in a subscription-focused enterprise), advanced analytical skills, and expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sales channels (indirect, web, national retail)

Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources for analytical purposes

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for sales leadership, marketing, and executive teams to optimize sales strategies and drive revenue growth

Collaborate closely with sales operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to align on reporting needs, share insights, and support strategic initiatives

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role, with a strong emphasis on sales performance

Skills and Qualifications:

Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large datasets

Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn)

Expert-level proficiency in Tableau for data visualization, dashboard development, and interactive reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
