Registered Dental Hygienist – Collaborative & Patient-Focused We are a private dental practice seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and is comfortable working closely with the doctor to co-diagnose and educate patients on their oral health. What We’re Looking For: A licensed RDH who is confident in performing thorough periodontal and dental assessments. Someone who enjoys discussing findings with patients and collaborating with the dentist on treatment recommendations. Strong communication skills to help patients understand their oral health needs and treatment options. A team player who values efficiency, positivity, and excellent patient experiences. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal therapy. Perform assessments, charting, and intraoral imaging to support accurate co-diagnosis. Partner with the dentist in identifying restorative, periodontal, and preventive needs.
