Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and industrial electrical equipment.
  3. Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
  4. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) independently.
  5. Communicate effectively with upper management as needed.
  6. Proficiently use all measuring and hand tools.
  7. Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and PLC programs.
  8. Apply electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  9. Follow directions from supervisors accurately.
  10. Possess basic computer skills.
  11. Follow all safety policies, including PPE usage and emergency procedures.
  12. Know the location and proper use of SDS sheets.
  13. Operate equipment only with proper training and authorization, following lockout/tagout procedures.
  14. Never bypass machine guards when machines are in operation.
  15. Be cautious of lift trucks and moving equipment.
  16. Report injuries or accidents immediately.
  17. Follow plant housekeeping guidelines.
  18. Identify and implement lean and continuous improvement actions.
