Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking an Area Manager to join our team!

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of multiple locations within a specific area. You will be expected to execute and manage the company’s standards and procedures to ensure overall customer service satisfaction and excellence. This position requires travel 100% of the time within the areas of responsibility, which include:

Cordele, Americus, Vienna, Unadilla, Ashburn

Responsibilities:

1. Train new employees
2. Monitor and track employee schedules
3. Perform facility visits to evaluate operations and compliance
4. Conduct supply inventory checks, restock, order supplies through appropriate channels, and evaluate usage for cost efficiency
5. Serve as the dedicated assistant or alternate crew member for each facility in the area of responsibility

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexibility to work Sunday through Saturday based on facility contracts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for daily operations; travel will be scheduled based on pre-determined factors for each facility
• Minimum of 2 years verified supervisory or management experience
• Minimum of 2 years verified commercial cleaning experience
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold employees accountable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills to identify, address, and escalate issues promptly
• Reliable smartphone with self-WIFI capability
