What You'll Do- Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Implement appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
- Evaluate and document patient progress throughout each shift.
- Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and changes in patient conditions.
- Complete necessary documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
- Demonstrate accountability for your practice and seek continuous self-development.
- Promote professional development among team members through knowledge sharing.
- Current RN license in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- College diploma in nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The salary for this position ranges from $31.65 to $54.44 per hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately 55000. This role is based in Pekin, IL, with flexible shift options available.
