This locum tenens assignment begins on Sep 15, 2025, involving 12-hour shifts from 10am to 10pm daily. The position requires a provider who is board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.

Additional Information Active Ohio medical license required Must be board certified or eligible in FM, IM, EM, or OM DEA registration required by start date ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory Clean background check is essential
