Job Description
Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Vancouver, WA! This is a 6 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.
Role: Phlebotomist
Location: Vancouver, WA 98664
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and possible overtime
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Highlights: $20 - 24/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections skillfully and safely.
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols.
- Maintain required records and documentation accurately.
- Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and confidence.
- Promote a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and patient care.
- Support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime when required.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)
Washington State Phlebotomy License (Required)
Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
