This facility is seeking a Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with first patient starting at 9:00AM and last patient at 4:00PM Practice Setting: Clinic Types of Cases: Routine comprehensive eye exams, pathology appointments, contact lens fittings, contact lens follow-ups. Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Point and click Certifications Required: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Licensure Required: Active Washington state license
