About The Position We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Doctor for a 12-week locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This position starts on Dec 1, 2025, and requires night shift coverage with 10- and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Job Details Location: Pennsylvania Start Date: Dec 1, 2025 LOA: 12 weeks Provider Type Needed: Emergency Medicine Schedule: Night shifts required; 10-hour shifts (6a-4p, 8a-6p, 11a-9p, 1p-11p, 3p-1a, 5p-3a, or 9p-7a) and 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a); must be willing to work any shift as needed
Responsibilities and Duties Perform emergency procedures, including intubations, chest tube placement, central line insertion, joint and fracture reductions, joint aspirations, laceration repair, and incision and drainage Provide acute care for a wide variety of emergency cases within the full scope of an emergency medicine residency-trained physician Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Additional Information Active Pennsylvania state medical license required Board certified or truly board eligible in Emergency Medicine or Osteopathic Emergency Medicine (ABEM accepted) Must have completed an Emergency Medicine Residency Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required Stroke certification required ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS not required if board certification requirements are met Only candidates willing to work night shifts should apply
